The new draft bill is at this link and includes the following changes: http://cswmft.ohio.gov/pdfs/Bill-4757-3.pdf

The first page lists the Statute Section and simple description of changes.

Counselors need to review new draft language under 4757.22 & 4757.23, which have some substantial changes.

Section 4757.41 is the civil service exemption and new language exempting RSC rehabilitation counselors.

Rep. Sears will have an interested parties meeting in late April early May, which I will notify you when we have a date set.
