Subject: TR - Chapter 4757 CSWMFT Draft Language

Hello All,
Rep. Sears' aide sent the changes to the Legislative Services Commission to make the changes below.  There are five changes from the current draft, which is attached as Dash 4.
The changes are:

1.       CACREP Solution-see attached language

2.       Grandfather/ Reclassification-see attached language

3.       Volunteer Disclaimer-pg. 71 & pg. 72-a disclaimer will be added stating that registration status does not affect licensing

4.       Removal of Permanent Revocation-pg. 81-all language pertaining to permanent license revocation will be struck

5.       Removal of Veterans Provision-pg. 102 (c)- all language pertaining to veterans will be struck
