We seek to hire a reputable administrator who will serve as the college's advocate to fulfill and advance the missions of the college, the administrative units of AHS, and university, and be responsible for fostering excellence in educational experience and access to students.

The candidate must be effective in articulating and promoting the college to student, professional, college, general public, and other campus constituents.

> Responsibilities: The Associate Dean for Undergraduate Affairs and Director of I-LEAP reports to the Dean of the College of Applied Health Sciences and is responsible for development and implementation of policy and budget related to college academic advising and I-LEAP programs, recruitment and admissions activities, undergraduate affairs, and supervision of the activities of the academic advising and I-LEAP staffs. Also included are supervision of the academic records officer, assistance to departmental administrative officers on issues related to undergraduate student programs and activities, the college honors program, and representation of the college on various campus committees. In addition, responsibilities include monitoring the impact of college policies on admissions and scholarships related to strategic planning and enrollment management.
