Dear Dr. Robinson,
 
Greetings! My name is Amanda McCarthy and I wanted to introduce myself to you as your new Regional Student Representative for the American Rehabilitation Counseling Association (ARCA). I would also like to introduce Lauren Drandorff as the new Associate Student Represenative for your region. Recently, ARCA has been working to increase its student involvement. I am hoping the following information can be passed along to interested students in your department. 
 
Currently, we are in need of a student representative from your institution. This individual would work with us to get students involved in ARCA and provide us with feedback from current ARCA student members at your university regarding any recommendations about how to improve ARCA to maximize its benefits to students and their professional development. Also, we are in the process of trying to increase student chapters across institution so please let me know if there is any interest to start an ARCA student chapter at your university. If one already exists, please pass along updated contact information for the president and faculty advisor.
