Subject: ACA Public Policy Conference Call -- Tuesday, November 2nd, 1pm-2pm Eastern


ACA's Public Policy staff will host a conference call this coming Tuesday, November 2nd from 1pm - 2pm Eastern Time for members interested in learning the status of federal policy issues ACA is working on or following, including efforts to establish Medicare reimbursement of counselors, federal education appropriations, new U.S. Department of Education guidance on bullying/harrassment prevention, recognition of counselors within the Veterans Affairs healthcare system, and TRICARE reimbursement policy.  The call should last no more than an hour.

To participate, call 1-866-220-0969 and enter room code *1603550*.  Please call only at 1pm--EASTERN TIME-on that day, in order to hold down our costs in hosting the call.  The call will be capped at 125 participants.

We will try to post a synopsis of the call on our website, for those who can't participate.
