Subject: Doctoral Showcase at All-Ohio Counselors Conference

Hi Everyone,

The All-Ohio Counseling Conference is just over a month away, so I want to send you some information about the Doctoral Showcase. The showcase will take place on November 4th from 6:15 to 7:15 in Easton Ballrooms A & B. Setup up is between 5:30 and 6:15. The showcase will take place during, and in the same room as, the Welcome Reception.

Each doctoral program will have a 6 foot table on which to display information. The doc programs will be using tables 12-17 and there will be poster sessions using the remainder of the tables. Please see the attached layout, for the location of tables 12-17. You don't have an "assigned" table, just choose any of the tables 12-17. Please do not use any of the other tables, as these are reserved for poster presentations.

The tables at the doctoral showcase will not be covered, so you may want to bring a table cloth or a cloth with your university name/logo.

The Doctoral Showcase will "officially" end at 7:15, but if you'd like to stay at your table and continue talking with prospective students, you're free to stay later than 7:15. If you'd rather leave and enjoy the rest of the reception, you're free to do so at 7:15.

Please note there is no internet connection in the ballrooms.

I won't be at the showcase, since I'll be teaching. But, as always, Tim Luckhaupt will be available to help you. If you have any questions when you arrive at Easton A&B to set up your table, please look for Tim. Thank you for all your help, Tim!
