College of Education Faculty & Staff,  

I would like to share with you information regarding a campus employment
opportunity for students in the College Of Education.  During the winter
quarter we will begin interviewing applicants to work as facilitators for
the Ohio University Challenge Program, which is operated through the Campus
Recreation Outdoor Pursuits department. The Challenge Program provides
organizational team building and personal growth workshops for the OU campus
and surrounding communities. 

Student staff work as facilitators to lead participants through  workshops
comprised of experiential learning activities. In the past we have had a
number of students from the College of Education go through our training and
work for the program, which provides excellent leadership experience and
skill development for those going into the teaching and counseling
profession. Prior experience with challenge programs is a plus, but not a
requirement to apply.
