Dear Counseling Student,

            Do you use Facebook? If so, I'd like to extend an invitation to
take a survey. As a fellow counseling student, I am writing to ask for your
assistance in my thesis study. A student of Denver Seminary in Colorado, my
study involves issues surrounding counseling students' use of Facebook. All
that is required of you, should you choose to participate, is completion of
the survey found at the following address:

link is listed below). If you are willing to participate, the survey will
only take 10-15 minutes.

            I know that your time is valuable. Therefore, at the end of the
survey you will have the option to enter your email into a drawing for one
of five $20 Amazon.com gift certificates as an expression of gratitude for
your help. All that is required to enter the drawing is your email address
at the survey's end, so your identity will remain confidential. Following
analysis of the results, I will make the results available to your
