Show, by your actions, that you choose peace over war, freedom over
oppression, voice over silence, service over self-interest, respect over
advantage, cooperation over competition, action over passivity, diversity
over uniformity, and justice over all.

Subject: Request for Participation
Dear Director,
We are writing to ask that you forward this request for research
participation to your masters and/or doctoral level trainees. We are
conducting a study on trainees' experiences in supervision, so any
trainee currently receiving supervision is eligible to participate.
Participants will be asked to complete standard rating scales and it
is anticipated that this study will take approximately 30-40 minutes
to complete. Upon completion of the survey, participants will have
the option of either entering their name in a raffle for a gift
certificate or choosing a charity to receive a donation from the
researcher.

This study has received IRB approval from Lehigh University. If you
have any questions regarding this study, please feel free to contact
Kristin Mehr at kem205 at lehigh.edu or (610) 883-6689. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Kristin Mehr, M.Ed.
