[Classclimate-users] Students who don't receive email

In our experience, there are 2 possibilities:

1) They are in a class too small to be surveyed.   Have them check with other students in the same class and see if THEY got the email.   This seems the most common problem
2) The email went to their official university email, and they forwarded it someplace that called it spam, or they don't read that email, etc, etc.   

If they filled out OTHER class surveys, then the "missing" class should have appeared as something else to evaluate when they finished the other surveys.   They really just need ONE of the email messages to do ALL of their surveys, but the system sends them all.   If that didn't happen, then either they aren't really registered for the class or it was too small to survey.  You should be able to double check if that turns out to be the case.
