[Classclimate-users] Common Problem?

Just to follow up with everybody so there is no panic...

It turned out to be setup error in the department - the initial email and the reminder mentioned 2 different dates, neither of which was the date that the system had been told to end the survey.

Has anybody had any experience in RE-opening a survey after it has terminated?   You would want to send a DIFFERENT email to explain the problem.  If so, could you please remind the list what you did??
