[Classclimate-users] To check progress..

If you ever want to know if you set the right dates or if all your surveys went out without errors, check the "Scheduled Tasks" for your subunit. As a rule, you should do this right after you launch a survey just to make sure everything is correct. This will tell you when you launched the survey, when your reminder will go out and whether or not the task has been executed.

Hi Ann,

I believe that what you are seeing when is states "In Progress" is a survey which is active, but nobody has completed one. As students start filling out the survey, this area will change to "Data available" with the latest date of when a survey was submitted.

I selected everything for spring then clicked “request.”

Looking through the spring courses… some are showing status “In Progress” and others show it as “data available”, with # forms showing a number and a percentage, and Processed as “4/23/13 or 4/22/13 or 4/21/13” which leads me to wonder exactly how this is working…?

Is there another way to check progress?
Did I screw up the whole process?
