Hi Ann,

I believe that what you are seeing when is states "In Progress" is a survey which is active, but nobody has completed one. As students start filling out the survey, this area will change to "Data available" with the latest date of when a survey was submitted.

I selected everything for spring then clicked "request."

Looking through the spring courses... some are showing status "In Progress" and others show it as "data available", with # forms showing a number and a percentage, and Processed as "4/23/13 or 4/22/13 or 4/21/13" which leads me to wonder exactly how this is working...?

Is there another way to check progress?
Did I screw up the whole process?
