[Classclimate-users] Editing Questionnaire

Hi Loretta,

That's kind of a tough one, especially if you are using paper surveys. If you make changes to a questionnaire currently in use, you risk losing data or the ability to make reports down the road. I don't have all the answers for this, so you may want to check with ScanTron before implementing any suggestions made here. Having said that, I will throw out a suggestion.

You can copy your current questionnaire, give it a new name so you can identify it as the survey you want to use, then make your changes.

I recommend the attending the webinars taught by Scantron – you can take them more than once although they are not recorded. The webinars and the manuals are very helpful.

Subject: [Classclimate-users] Editing Questionnaire

Question:  In the section for adding an open question I have (2) open  questions listed and the third open box has a( 5.3) with no question and it is confusing the students (they think we have forgotten to add the question).  Would someone tell me how to delete it? Also the questionnaire has a statement that it is locked and read only and you cannot apply any changes.
