[Classclimate-users] results

Just to clarify for everyone, there's a way to send an instructor BOTH a summary report of all their classes AND individual reports for each one of their classes - all in the same email. That's what I do in CHSP. You just need to make sure the two buttons below are selected when you do the "Batch Events" step in the instructions I sent:

By "customize the results" are we talking about generating reports that break down the course evaluations by class? I know evaluations that went to our faculty were lumped into one summary report rather than being broken down per class. So a professor could not tell to which of the fall semester classes the comments and number pertained.

Yes, there is a way to customize the results in Class Climate.

But to figure out how, you'll need to dig into the Class Climate manual by clicking on the "System Information" tab at the top of the application and selecting the "Manuals" menu along the side. There's info in there on how to customize results, but none of us users have had any specialized training on that. That would be a nice training session to have, though.

Is there a way to customize the results?
