[Classclimate-users] Timeline for evaluations

We want to set it up so our evaluations go out at a certain time and end at a certain time.  I am able to go in and set that up for one evaluation at a time, but is there a way to set the default so they will all follow the same pattern?  Thanks in advance for your help!!!
