[Classclimate-users] Course number not listed on questionnaire

[Riddle, Melissa]

Has anybody had the problem of the course number not printing on their paper evaluations?  The class was on my class list and the instructor’s name and course number show on my list of courses but only the instructor’s name and not the course number appears on the questionnaire.
