[Birdarenaemployees] IMPORTANT Card Swiping for Clocking In and Out

A new ID swipper has been installed in the skate room. We will now be using the swipper for both clocking in and out. There are insturctions on the wall next to the swipper, but I have also listed them below.



To clock in:

-Press F1

-Swipe your OU ID (with magnetic strip facing to the right)

     -If you have more than work area:

           -Press F8 to scroll through the job areas to select the correct one (Press F4 to go back if you pass the correct job)



To clock out:

-Press F5

-Swipe your OU ID (with magnetic strip facing to the right)

      -If you have more than work area:

            -Press F8 to scroll through the job areas to select the correct one (Press F4 to go back if you pass the correct job)



Please be sure to swipe in and out at the beginning and end of every shift, or your hours will not be clocked!
