[Birdarenaemployees] Campus Rec Mandatory Meeting & Bird Training

    I hope you all have enjoyed your summer, but the start of the semester is quickly approaching! As most of you know, we hold a beginning of the year cookout/training session to ensure we are all prepared for the start of events here at Bird. This is a MANDATORY training session. The cookout/training will be WEDNESDAY, August 27th from 6pm-8pm. This is a paid training session, so you will be required to sign in AND out to ensure you will be paid.

     In addition to our Bird meeting, there is a MANDATORY Campus Recreation meeting on SUNDAY August 24th from 11a-12p. All Campus Rec employees are required to attend the meeting. This meeting will be held in Templeton-Blackburn Alumni Memorial Auditorium (Mem Aud). This meeting will also be paid, so you will be required to sign in and out as well.
