<p> I hope you all have enjoyed your summer, but the start of the semester is quickly approaching! As most of you know, we hold a beginning of the year cookout/training session to ensure we are all prepared for the start of events here at Bird. This is a
<strong style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">MANDATORY</span></strong><span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">
</span>training session. The cookout/training will be <strong style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">
<span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">WEDNESDAY</span></strong>,<em> August 27th from 6pm-8pm</em>. This is a paid training session, so you will be required to sign in
<strong>AND </strong>out to ensure you will be paid.</p>
<p> In addition to our Bird meeting, there is a <span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">
<strong>MANDATORY </strong></span>Campus Recreation meeting on <span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">
<strong>SUNDAY </strong></span><em>August 24th from 11a-12p</em>. All Campus Rec employees are required to attend the meeting. This meeting will be held in
<strong>Templeton-Blackburn Alumni Memorial Auditorium</strong> (Mem Aud). This meeting will also be paid, so you will be required to sign in and out as well.</p>
