Here is what I sent to Dan about our positions.

We have traditionally hired our Director of Concessions from your staff
(since we use your guys facility in the summer for storage) and I'd also
like to open up all the other positions to them for interviews if they are
interested.

Attached above is a list of the job descriptions to forward along as well.

I will need all interested to email me by Friday, November 16 to nail down
interview times.

Hey Dan,

Hope all is going well!

My name is John Bollinger and I'm the Assistant GM of the Southern Ohio
Copperheads. I first wanted to thank you for all your help this summer and
in years past for the help with our concession and storage needs. Bird has
been a great friend of the Copperheads and your help has allowed us to
continue providing the best experience we can for our fans and community.

With that being said, we would like to make available some of our
internship opportunities to current Bird staffers if they are interested.
Our Director of Concessions position as I was told late last year is
traditionally a Bird Arena employee and we have a dozen other positions
that we would love to open up for interviews if your staff has interest.

We are looking to begin hiring and interviews during the last two weeks of
November. Let me know your thoughts on the best way of getting that
information out to your staff and I'll make sure to send our orientation
and interviews dates/times.
