[Biking-L] Involvement Fair Moved Inside

I'm not sure we get to participate anymore, then.  I think when they 
moved it inside, it automatically cuts down to the first 100 orgs to 
sign up, and I don't think we were on that list. . .

I'll see if I can find it and double check, though.
