Hello,

My name is Schneitta Howard and I am the development assistant at WOUB. I would like to inform you of an upcoming pledge drive and invite you to help by volunteering to answer phones. The drive begins Monday, October 8 and runs until Friday, October 12. The duties simply include answering the phones and taking membership pledges. Your organization can use this as community service hours!  We would like to schedule volunteers in 2 hour shifts as listed below and I have noted the number of volunteers needed for each shift.  

The following dates and times are needed:
Monday, October 8:
7-9 am: 12 volunteers 
5-6 pm: 12 volunteers 

Tuesday, Oct. 9 through Thursday, Oct. 11:
6:30--9:00 am: 6 volunteers 
9-10 am: 6 volunteers
11-12: 4 volunteers
1-2 pm: 4 volunteers
2-3 pm: 4 volunteers
3-4 pm: 4 volunteers
4-5 pm: 6 volunteers
5-7 pm: 6 volunteers
7-9 pm: 4 volunteers

Friday, October. 12
6:30-9:00 am: 6 volunteers
9-10 am: 6 volunteers
10-11 am: 6 volunteers
11-12: 6 volunteers
12-1 pm: 6 volunteers
1-2 pm: 6 volunteers
2-3 pm: 6 volunteers
3-4 pm: 6 volunteers
4-5 pm: 12 volunteers
5-6 pm: 12 volunteers
 
You can sign up for as many time slots as you like. For example, back to back shifts or sharing a shift with someone else.
