I nominate Anne Marie Sow. Please find below her biographical sketch which encompasses some of the reasons for my choice.
Anne Marie Sow Sall, currently serves as Data processing Resource Manager, Ministry of Education Senegal. Prior, she serves as Regional Training and Product Manager for Avançons, an initiative of Freedom from Hunger being launched in West Africa. 

Mrs. Sall has more than 25 years of experience in the implementation and assessment of development projects in education, health, nutrition, and community life in. Mrs. Sall founded and directed the AFDEAA, a 2000-member organization of Women and Young People of the African Diaspora for the Educational and Agricultural Development of Africa.  She is the originator of MERERUE, a Street Children Reintegration house in Saint-Louis, and was also Financial Secretary of the Senegalese Coalition Defending Human Rights (COSEDDH). With other African women’s organizations, she also created the “Lafia EDH” – Education for Human Rights in Lafia local language - to fight against torture and violence. 

Mrs. Sall has conducted many panels, conferences, and several broadcast debates on women’s rights, gender, HIV/AIDS, children’s rights, and refugees in West Africa. She has designed and managed many development projects with Amnesty International, Open Society, US Embassy, USAID, FHI, etc., taking care of refugees, the handicapped and people living with HIV.
