Dear ASU,

This is to inform the GB that Professor Francis Nyamejoh, Chair of the Department of Social Anthropology, University of Cape Town,South Africa was last night voted for as the ASU African Hero of the year 2013. Other nominees for the position included Dambisa Moyo from Zambia and Anne Marie Saw from Senegal.
The ASU congratulates Pofessor Nyamejoh and looks forward to an eventful African Hero's Night celebration on March 16, 2013.
