[ASU] November 3rd Meeting Minutes

Dear ASU memebers,

Attached are the meeting minutes from this past Saturday. Please review the
entire document and keep in mind:

The position of social and cultural secretary is now open. The description
of this position in the constitution is as follows:

1.     Social and Cultural Secretary:

a.      shall coordinate all social and cultural events of the  Union.

b.     Shall chair fundraising by ad-hoc committees.
Shall inform the Union of social and cultural local, regional, and
international events.
