moved to the concourse of the Convocation Center. Please check you email

Subject: Campus Involvement Fair

Hello Participants!

Thank you for registering your student organization or department for this
year’s Campus Involvement Fair. The fair will be to be held on Monday,
September 5, from 3:30 – 5:30 p.m., following the President’s convocation.
 You are required to have a representative at your table during this time.

Check-in for participating groups will be held from 1:30 – 3:00 p.m. at the
college gate.  Staff members assisting with the event will be wearing green
t-shirts with “Staff” written on the backs for easy identification in case
you have questions or need assistance.

In case of inclement weather, the fair will be held on the concourse of the
Convocation Center.  If a rain call is made then you will receive an email
by 11:00 a.m. that day with new instructions for check-in.  If you think
there is a chance of the event moving to the Convocation Center, please
check your email!

Your organization will be provided one 6 foot long table. We do not provide
chairs as we encourage participants to stand during the event.  However, you
are welcome to bring your own chairs and we will have several chairs
available to those with special needs.

You may bring display boards, hand-outs, laptops (with batteries), etc. Live
animals/pets are prohibited as well as any activity that could be
potentially dangerous to bystanders.  We ask that if you observe any
dangerous activities during the fair that you contact a staff member
immediately.

Several free water stations will be available and a snack bar will be set up
near the west portico of Memorial Auditorium.  Most items at the snack bar
will cost less than $1.00 and only cash will be accepted.
