[ASU] Welcome new executinve members

[African Student Union at OU]

Hello ASUers,
First, I would like you to join me in welcoming the new executive members
who, the general assembly gathered today Thursday, October 28th, 2011 has
elected to the following positions:
- General Secretary : Shacka bello
- Organizing secretary: Christine Pirot. Betty Akah, running for this
position,  has stepped down and gave her support to Chirsitine.
 - Publicity Secretary : Philistar Bonyo
Shaka Bello, Christine Pirot and  Philistar Bonyo:  I am glad that you
accepted to volunteer your time and qualifications and passion to help as
ASU executive members. I am confident that you will perform well at your
respective positions and that we will give all the support needed to
successful Carry out your responsibilities. Good luck to all of you.
Second, as a general assembly, we have decided to postpone the heroes' vote
to Sunday 30th.Time and place will be determined soon and you will be
notified. We hope to inform you tomorrow. This said, the nominations are
extended till Sunday 5 pm. Please do, come to the meeting especially when
you have nominated a hero and be prepared to educated us about him. Only 3
minutes are given to anyone dominating a hero to introduce him her to the
general assembly.
Reminder: Many of you have not paid their dues of this quarter yet.  And as
you read this, remember that ASU you are part of  also relies on members
contributions to normally function.  Please pay your dues to be fully
qualified to nominated heroes.
