[ASU] Room needed

Hi Albert, ASU members,

I met the guy, Peter Nderitu, and promptly showed him a cool house with all the
corollary accessories at a fairly low cost and I think that solves the problem.
Let's keep up the cooperation to make the landing for new students from Africa
as soft as possible...Its is a privilege to serve our brothers and sisters.
