please let keep things consistent.. For the sake of being fair, individuals who paid fall quarter will pay $5.00 as for the individuals who have yet to pay this year, they most pay $10 as I stated in my previous email.. (hence the term "up to date".. Fall and Winter). I will be in the library like I mentioned earlier all week. I will be there tonight till about 2:00am. (440) 796-4497.

Hello all,

the electoral committee has come to a decision about the format of the
elections.

Elections will take place on Saturday February 28 at 8.30pm in
Baker room 239.

Only registered members will be allowed to vote and as mentioned in the email
sent by ASU treasurer, We expect that those eligible to vote would have paid
their dues, at least for this quarter.

For clarifications please see article II of our constitution
 b. Members with up to date registration shall be entitled to benefits
 of the Union as specified in the by-laws. Registration shall be determined
 by the payment of dues.

The election committee would therefore encourage members to pay their dues 
on or before Saturday.

There will be a verification list provided by the treasurer which will be
used to decide who will be allowed to vote. In case you are not paid up by the
date of the elections, you can still do so right at the electoral post. 
 
Dues for a quarter are $5 and members are expected to at least pay
Winter quarter dues in order to be allowed to vote.
 
Ballot papers would be provided to eligible members to cast their votes. The 
counting and announcement of results would be done in the presence of all 
members and candidates.
