[ASU] Vote of thanks and 2009 elections

Hello everyone,
on behalf of the executive I would like to thank everybody for your 
contribution in making the hero's night a success. Thank you for your help and 
dedication and thank you all for your attendance.

On the other hand we would like to remind you that elections are scheduled for 
February 28th. The floor is still open for nominations and there is no need to 
nominate someone who was already nominated.
Different posts are President, Vice president, Secreatry, Publicity secretary, 
treasurer, research officer and socio-cultural secretary.

While nominating, bear in mind the following aspects of the constitution:
- office bearer shall be elligible for re-election
-elligibility shall be restricted to students currently enrolled at Ohio 
university who are registered (dues) with the union
  

You can send your nominations to the listserve  and the commitee in charge of 
elections will then have the names of all the nominees compilled in a list and 
ready for elections.
We therefore encourage you to send your nominations as soon as possible as the 
commitee will be expected to have the final list by Friday 27th by midnight.
