Dear all,

Faculty, staff and students are invited to participate in the Ohio 
Department of Education International Education Advisory Committee's 
Southeast Ohio Regional Summit – Local Responses to Globalization. 
Because you have worked in the local schools and represent a non-U.S. 
culture, your voice in reviewing the international education strategic plan 
for K-12 in Ohio is extremely important.

The summit will take place on Wednesday, November 19 from 8:30am until 
12:30pm in the Baker University Center Ballroom B. There is no fee to 
attend the summit.

Join education and community leaders from the local region for a meeting 
designed to discover the best use of local resources to prepare our K-12 
students to be active participants in the global marketplace, meeting 
global challenges in the areas of economics, health care, the environment, 
and national security.
