Happy Sunday Bros!

Good afternoon everyone! This is a reminder we will be having exec at 4 and
chapter at 5. It's the start of week 12 and I want everyone to remember
that they need 12 chapter meetings for the semester as an active member.

Tonight we will be going over the bylaws and changes that need to be made
for us to downsize our exec board. There are important changes so we have
to meet our quorum of at least 23 ACTIVE members voting. Without these
bylaws being voted on we won't be able to elect new executive members. We
will also be starting nominations today for exec members as well, please
reference my email from the other day.

Finally, this is my last reminder to fill out the mid-semester review.
EVERY MEMBER needs to do, it is in our bylaws. If we don't have at least
two-thirds of everyone completing this, I will be taking time during
chapter to allow you to do it (therefore making this a very long chapter).
