[Aphio-L] Everything you need to know about the Paw Paw Festival

Hey bros!

I have some more info regarding the Paw Paw Festival. Yayyy!

First of all, I was wrong last night. *You do need to sign up on the Paw
Paw website*. If you go to their website, click "get involved," and then
under volunteers, hit sign up. There, you will see the long list of dates
and times for 4 hour shifts. You can volunteer starting on *Wednesday the
12th through Monday the 17th*. The bulk of the events are on Friday,
Saturday, and Sunday. You get free admission and a free 20th anniversary
t-shirt!!!

You can do any of the shifts, however,* no one should be signing up for the
Beer-serving shifts, since we are a dry chapter! *

The festival is at Lake Snowden in Albany (about 15 mins from here). There
is a shuttle service from bottom of Baker (on the hour every hour) for* only
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.* Or, write in the comments that you need a
ride when you sign up on the APhiO website! Which brings me to my next
point -

*Please also sign up on the APhiO website* on whatever day you plan on
going. However, the shift times will not match up to the Paw Paw website's.
Many of the shift times overlap, and the Aphio website won't let me do
that. I am just going to put a general start and end time (which will be
longer than 4 hours) but you only have to go for your 4 hour shift that you
sign up for on the Paw Paw website. Sorry if that is confusing/let me know
if that doesn't make any sense.

As always, create a sign in for each shift and take a pic to send to us for
proof. I think that is all the info, but let me know if I'm forgetting
anything or if anyone has questions!! It should be a fun event! Reach out
to me beforehand if you are struggling to find a ride for the days when
there is no shuttle. I can help you find someone that is going. :)
