[Aphio-L] Sectional Hour

Hey everyone!

So, like we discussed in chapter, the sectional conference has been moved
to Columbus *sad face* and is *NOT* mandatory. It will still be on the same
weekend, just not in Athens, Ohio. With that being said, there is no longer
a sectional hour bar on the website/no hours to be completed. If you
completed hours last semester, we will explain how to transfer your hour
later in the email.

Please don't let the change of location waver your interest in the event.
We would still love to see a lot of our OU bros in Columbus as if it were
still in Athens! Since it is an hour away and more of a time commitment,
you will receive a leadership, fellowship, AND service hour for attending!
Don't want to spend the money? No worries! Consider it "on us". Wait what?
I can attend sectionals for free? YES! Registration, gas, AND hotel rooms
will all be covered by the chapter. If you have any questions about the
conference, shoot us an email!

*For those who completed a sectional hour last semester:*
We are giving you the opportunity to switch your current sectional hour
over to either a service hour *OR* a fundraising hour. This would count as
one of the monetary hours you can get. Just email us your name and which
hour you would like to receive! If you don't email us, then you kind of
just lose the hour which won't be cool because you spent $10 dollars. So,
help us help you :)

Again, if there are any questions at all let us know! There was a lot of
information and we want to be sure everyone is still just as excited for
the conference as before!
