IF YOU DO HOURS AT WEST ELEMENTARY:

Ms. Pam send us this email with changes and reminders about volunteering
there. Please read it and keep it in mind when signing up/doing hours.

"Good Morning,
I am sorry to say that I need to go to 1 volunteer an hour.This is because
it is appearing like I don't have enough to keep them busy.It is also very
important for them to know that they need not only to sign up on the site
you share with me but also that they take their name off when they are not
coming. I will be informing you when they don't show up.These are things
brought up to me by my supervisors.I truly appreciate all your help and
hope this will not hinder it. I have a schedule that volunteers are welcome
to look at to pick if they would like to be here when certain grades are
here.
Wednesday morning at 10 is one I will mention because that is when
Kindergarden is here.
Please let me know if you have any question."
