[Aphio-L] NSEC new hours-flyering

For those of you who still haven't signed up for your two mandatory NSEC
hours, have no fear because we just posted 40 more hours WOW!

If you need NSEC hours, go sign up for flyering asap! This is the perfect
opportunity for those of you who cannot make the beverage stand due to
class/ other commitments.
