[Aphio-L] Important Information

Hey guys! We hope you are enjoying your summer so far! We just have a
couple things we want to go over.


*Committee Sign-Ups*

On the website we have a calendar event placed on August 1st to place your
committee requests. Just follow the instructions on the event. Please don't
email in your requests! We will do our best to place you in a committee you
want. If you have any questions on what a specific committee will be like
you can email the execs in-charge of that committee.


*Website Status*

The website should be up to date with your current status. But if you find
that your status is incorrect please let us know!


*Associate/Early Alum/Abroad Information*

An event has been put on the website for Associate/Early Alum/Abroad
requests. The event is listed on the calendar as being on August 29th. That
is the deadline for putting in your request. The event description has all
the juicy details.


*Grades*

Everyone must submit their grades to us by week 2 of the semester! All we
really need is an email with your cumulative GPA. If you don't submit them
by week 2 you will be placed on academic probation with the fraternity
until they are submitted. If your GPA is less than or equal to 2.0 you will
be placed on academic probation with the fraternity.


If you have any questions, comments, concerns, want to be our best friends,
