[Aphio-L] Exec Position Changes

[Delta Gamma J-Board]

Attached is a word document explaining what Vice President of Leadership
is. This position will be taking over for Inter Chapter and in 2 weeks we
will be voting when we also vote to change when J Board is elected if we
want this position. If voted in this position will be elected during the
Spring Semester meaning that Elijah Bowman would be serving a shortened
Inter Chapter Term to allow this. The reason why this position change is
being voted on is because of what was learned at Nationals and the
importance of having an executive who is responsible for professional
development and building leadership skills.
