-       Execs on Mondays in Grover W119 at 6pm

-       Office Hours on Mondays 1-3 in West 82

Ombudsmen

-       Next weeks theme is sunglasses

Treasurer

-       Dues are $50 for actives

o   $15 for associates

-       Dues will stay this price for first 3 chapters

-       Starting FEB 8th, they will increase for actives and associates by
$5

-       If you plan on applying for financial aid go to ombudsmen and fill
out their form

Service

-       Weeklies are up

-       Hand in outside service requests

-       All big events are on websites (bare on bricks, Athens
beautification, good works walk…)

-       Flyering – go to Jilly

-       Dog walking

o   Must fill out form

o   If you sign up and haven’t done a form, they will remove you

o   ALL FORMS GO TO CALEB

-       ATCO bowling starts Wednesday

o   One open spot

-       Starting to look at trips for summer

-       BobcaTHON

o   Need donations for water/Gatorade

o   Sign up to volunteer the event (Feb 14)

-       If you want to work with us to start new service project, let us
know

-       Make sure you check the lock dates/times

o   Complete and legible sign ins

o   Sign ins need to be turned in ASAP

o   You can rollover 4 hours from FP and relay, no limit for fundraising

o   Donations need to be $10 and need receipt

o   6 max outside hours, 4 donation hours

o   We can help other organizations with service events

-       Feb 25 at 7 in baker ballroom

-       Tickets are $4 in advance and $5 at door

-       MANDATORY

o   2 hours, (1 there)

-       Feb 18 at 5:30 in UCM (breakfast for dinner)

-       $5 and bring friends

-       Tshirts are $12, sign up on website with size

Youth service

-       Pop tabs/box tops to Amanda

Relay

-       Send tshirt designs

-       Sign up on relayformarch 27-29

Interchapter

-       Region v sectionals at OSU

-       Registration is $40-45 (with/without shirt)
