President:

-execs before chapter

JBoard

-Risk Management Nov 9th 1-4pm in Walter 145

-Vote to combine PR and Secretary as communications chair: passed

-Elections this week: president, service, fundraising

-Elections next week: membership, fellowship, Treasurer

-Office Hours: Wednesday 5:30



Ombudsman

-Question of the week: What are you being for Halloween?

-Theme for next week is Pajamas



Treasurer

-Dues will be $55 tonight

-They will continue to rise $5 each Sunday

-Come talk to me about payment plans

-Haven’t had the chance to update the website yet so bear with me



Service

-Weeklies are up

-Lots of events this week

-If you signed up for fall folk fest swabbing, please see me after chapter



Membership

-Big Little Night: tomorrow Monday night at 7:30 in Grover Gym, make sure
your littles are signed up, mandatory event for those with littles, see Jen
for any questions

-Service hours with littles questions…



Fellowship

-Get your sweatshirt

-Family Heads: Keep up the good work!

-Make sure you are getting your family hours



Faculty Pageant

-February 25th



Fundraising

-Dad’s Weekend Basketball tickets: tabling

- If you want to buy a ticket for you padre they are $20

-Look out for Pledge hours this week: walking tacos and candy grams

-if you are having problems getting your hours come talk to us, we still
have another half of the semester!

-Don’t forget you need 2 hours

-Pledges if you got a tumbler I will bring them to big/little night



Youth Service

-Pop tabs and box tops

-Calliope and library sign in

-go sign up for library shifts



5k

-How to get hours: letter writing and donate $10

-talk to me if you are missing an hour



Relay

-Committee meeting tonight after chapter



Service Week

-Sign up for your hours

-New opportunities: garden work day and food box packaging for seniors

-if you are having trouble getting your hours talk to us!



Interchapter

- One week left to sign up for nationals (October 26)

-Reminder: penny wars will go on until two chapters prior to Thanksgiving
dinner and Bdubs Fundraiser November 10th (keep receipts)

-Sorry I wont be at chapter

-The birthday list will finally be updated for next week so if I missed
your birthday make sure to get yo cookie next week!
