[Aphio-L] Hours, Sign Ins and Outside Hour Requests: TODAY IS THE DEADLINE

Morning Everyone!


Just a reminder: Today is the final day to get your service hours! which
means:

*All sign ins and outside hour requests are without exception due before
midnight tonight. After that time they will not be accepted. *


I am available all day today (Friday December 12th) if you want to
physically hand me a sign in or outside hour request, so feel free to
contact me at 937-239-3104. Or you can scan either your sign in or outside
hour request and send it to us.

To those of you who are attending events today: this deadline applies to
you as well.

All sign ins and hour requests that have been turned into us are now on the
website, so please do not email us or j-board saying 'my total is wrong' *as
If we have not received a completed sign in for it, or an outside request
for it, that event/those hours did not happen. *The total number of service
hours under your profile that is shown on the website is your correct total
and after midnight tonight, that total will become your final total for the
semester.

Remember: we do not accept incomplete sign ins. If you have tried to turn
in an incomplete sign in and been told that we cannot accept this, this
does not count as turning in a sign in. If this applies to you, please
contact everyone from all shifts who went to the same event you did and get
a completed sign in to us ASAP.
