[Aphio-L] Snacks for Students

Sorry to send an email out! I was not functioning properly by the
time chapter came along yesterday and forgot to mention an easy and
important service event...

The students at The Plains Elementary have to eat a snack everyday and each
child is supposed to bring a snack for the entire class on their scheduled
day. Students rarely bring the snack because their families cannot afford
them. The teachers and teacher candidates at the school often end up buying
snacks for the kids out of pocket. "Snacks for Students" is on the website
for Sunday. There's lots of deetz about it on the site. Also - whole grain
stuff is always better for the snacks if its an option/applies.
