Chapter Minutes 4/8/12


President

   - Office hours Wednesday 2-3 in room 312 3rd floor of Baker
   - Contact me whenever! 440-665-1019


J-Board

   - Grades- please send us your cumulative GPA by week 4 (next week)!
   - Early Alum/Associate- please email us if you would like to go
   associate or early alum, the sooner the better
   - Elections- Elections for the second fundraising chair will be next week
   - Nominations- Paige Formanek
   - Email us by chapter next week if you would like to run for fundraising
   - Please bring a pencil of pen to the next chapter


Service

   - Duel for the schools: its a competition about leadership, friendship
   and service. Teams of 4 people. On saturday!
   - Tree planting: come work with your hands and plant trees a the Ridges
   Saturday at 1pm
   - Ice Show: Remember if you signed up, please show up. ALSO be sure to
   know when your training day is and attend that! **There are still 2 spots
   open for working the stands so please sign up for those!!!**
   - Walk MS: Not this saturday but the saturday after that
   - Athens Beautification Day: Free shirt, kisers and donkey coffee, sign
   up at athensbday.eventbrite.com
   - GKTW: Trips are August 12th thru the 19th and 19th thru the 26th.
   Email Eric Horton eh151607 at ohio.edu if you are interested in going.
   MONEY WILL BE DUE SOON $200, chapter is helping fund some of this.
   - Weeklies: weeklies should be up
   - Good Earth Farm: We’ve opened a few more spots for The Good Earth Farm
   this coming weekend. ONLY sign up if you can drive.
   - ABH and Kennedy Gallery Guard: These are now up but only sign up if
   you have been trained. Training dates to come.
   - ATCO Bowling: STARTS this week!
   - Research Expo: More shifts have been opened up. PLEASE sign up for the
   2:30-6:30 shift if you are available. They really need people at that time
   and it probably won’t last all the way till 6!
   - KONY: There will be a few upcoming Kony events posted on the website.
   - Monday Lunch: Allene really needs our help with Monday lunch and not
   many people have been signing up this quarter so please do! It is a lot of
   fun and you get free food.
   - Remember to turn in sign ins.


Fellowship

   - APO Gear up on the website under fellowship!
   - Jersey’s $13- sign up on the website by 4/20, last chance to pay 4/22
   at chapter
   - V-neck $17- sign up on the website by 4/27, last chance to pay 4/29 at
   chapter
   - Upcoming events! April 14- Strouds Run Day Trip, May 6 Field day!


Fundraising

   - If signed up to donate baked goods for the MS bake same, get them to
   Krystan either Tuesday night or bring them to the front of Baker at 11
   - If your ordered sunglasses, please take this survey about what color

   - Red Brick Fundraising is up on the website if you want to serve or eat
   there April 26th
   - New Reset and Recycle dates are up


Awards

- Committee meeting before chapter next sunday about 30 minutes long
