[Aphio-L] CANDY GRAM UPDATE!!

 Hey Pledges!

Fundraising just held their first committee meeting and it was a huge success!  With that being said though, we still need a lot of help!

Please consider signing up for a dinner shift at a dining hall to sell candy grams!  These count as fundraising hours.  It’s a great way to finish homework and meet another pledge.  Spots are filled on first-come-first-serve basis, so get back to me asap! Here’s what we have left:

Friday 4th: Boyd 4:30-7, 2 spots
Saturday 5th: Nelson 4:30-6:30, 2 spots.  Boyd 4:30-7, 2 spots
Sunday 6th: Nelson 4:30-6:30, 2 spots.  Boyd 4:30-7, 2 spots.  Jeff 4:30-7:30, 2 spots
Monday 7th: Nelson 4:30-6:30, 1 spot.  Boyd 4:30-7, 2 spots.  Jeff 4:30-7:30, 1 spot.  Shivley 5:30-8:30, 2 spots
Tuesday 8th: Nelson 4:30-6:30, 2 spots.  Jeff 4:30-7:30, 2 spots.  Shivley 5:30-8:30, 2 spots
Wednesday 9th: Nelson 4:30-6:30, 2 spots.  Boyd 4:30-7, 2 spots.  Jeff 4:30-7:30, 2 spots.  Shivley 5:30-8:30, 2 spots.
Thursday 10th: Nelson 4:30-6:30, 2 spots.  Boyd 4:30-7, 2 spots.  Jeff 4:30-7:30, 2 spots.  Shivley 5:30-8:30, 2 spots
Friday 11th: Nelson 4:30-6:30, 2 spots.  Boyd 4:30-7, 2 spots.  Shivley 5:30-7:30, 2 spots.

I’ll send out a master list as soon as spots are filled.  BE SURE TO PAY ATTENTION TO DATE AND TIME!


Also, thank you to the people who donated supplies!  We NO LONGER NEED TAPE.
But we do need:
-Red Poster Board (a lot of it!)
-Candy!
-Non-permanent markers
-Heart-Shaped cookie cutters
-Poster board
-Glitter Glue Pens

Anddd….To those of you making flyers, here’s the info to include!
-Cost: $1 each or $2 for 3
-Sold: Feb. 4th – 11th
-Buy them at any d hall.
-Delivered to the dorms on Feb. 14th.
