Congratulations to Katie Hawkins, our new Service Week Co-Chair!

Also, after tallying up all of the votes, all of the constitution changes
got passed with more than a 2/3 vote of all members in attendance.  That
being said, however, there were a few issues that got some "no's," so if you
were one of the people that had a problem with one or any of the changes,
and you'd still like to talk to us about it, please do so!
