   - Welcome!:

      no for each exec, depending on whether or not you think they are
doing their
      job.


   - President:
      - Pledges from last winter – your APhiO membership certificates are
      here
      - Anyone from Laura’s pledge class who has not received their
      certificates – let her know.
      - Risk Management Workshop January 30th at 12! Mandatory Event! This
      is an event you CANNOT MISS.

      - Goodworks Dinner – donations, sign up on the website.
      - Toy Drive – Colleges against Cancer, see list of toys (need to be
      new toys).
      - ATCO movie night
      - Remember Sign-ins!
   - Service Week:
      - Mandatory Fall Quarter Event! National theme is ‘Making communities
      greener.’
      - Go on the ceiling tile painting – limited spots, however, as we did
      not receive as many tiles as we had thought.
      - Service week T-shirts – sign up for a shirt only if you really want
      one! Hunter green, long sleeved, $11.

      - Family Heads – plan fellowship for your families & pledges.

      - Business casual for actives – formal for pledges.

      online – paper sign-ins only! Counts as fellowship!
      - Sweatshirts – Friday (hopefully).
      - Breakfast before parade.
      - If you drink before the parade – make sure you are NOT intoxicated
      when you put on the APhiO letters!!!!

      - Brittany Buynak: Please come down… Speaking about making friends in
      APhiO? Long story short, you can meet people with similar interests by
      signing up for events alone. You never know who you’ll meet. We

      be friends! Get to know everyone! Keep an open mind and step
outside of your
      comfort zone.

      - NATIONALS!!  DECEMBER 27-30, 2010 ATLANTA, GEORGIA
         - Why Jayna loves conventions…
         - “I go crazy over these conferences b/c they’re so fun! The first
         time, I was supposed to go with my big, but she backed out -
I ended up
         meeting Jan and Monica, and we became great friends. AT the
conferences you
         can attend so many different workshops – whatever you want,
do service, etc.
         It’s fun, you should go!”
         - Fundraising – S’more Sale Oct. 16th
         - If you want any money from APhiO to go to Nationals, you have to
         work at least 2 hours for an Inter-Chapter fundraiser
(donations do not
         count). They count as service hours too!
         - Don’t forget to Register! And put your name on the ‘Nationals’
         List under “Leadership Development Events” You can do this before you
         register so that Brittney can keep a count of how many people
want to go!
         - Can Tabs!

   - Happy Bag (the happy can is missing!)


   - Announcements
      - PR Chair submitted a piece to the national website about our chapter
      helping with Red Cross Tornado Disaster.
      - New Orleans for winter break – 1st week December, meet Next Sunday
      to discuss…
