Hello Bros!

If you're looking for a place to live over the summer, I have a friend
looking for a sub leaser at the Summit. Info below :)

*Summer Sublease at the Summit for $554/month *

Sublease 1 bedroom with own bathroom in a 3 bedroom apartment for the
summer.  Apartment comes fully furnished and with washer/dryer, dish washer
and garbage disposal.  Price includes electricity, water, cable/internet,
garbage and parking.  You will have access to a pool, gym, tanning beds,
clubhouse with pool table, computer lab, and theater.  Pets are welcome.

Rent is $609/month with a $135 fee for the transfer.  If you sublease, I
will write you a check for $300 which will take care of the fee and bring
