The Ohio Fellows Program is now accepting applications.  Please encourage first-year students to apply.  I would appreciate your effort in helping to recruit students for this program.

The Ohio Fellows Program

...a non-traditional scholars program

An individually tailored, interactive educational encounter that unlocks and advances the inherent potential in students.

The Ohio Fellows program fosters in-depth learning and engagement through close collaboration with visiting scholars, faculty, peers, and Fellows alumni.

The Ohio Fellows program, which begins in the sophomore year, offers:

* Academic enrichment and personal growth for men and women of promise

* An inclusive community of inquisitive and creative students, faculty, and alumni

* Research and travel support

* Unique access to faculty, visiting scholars, and an extensive alumni network

* Mentoring, academic dialogue, and scholarly development

First year students with strong a desire to distinguish themselves are encouraged to apply.

The first part of a two-part application is now available at www.ohio.edu/univcollege/ohiofellows.cfm<http://www.ohio.edu/univcollege/ohiofellows.cfm>. Upon completion of part one, students will receive information about part two of the Ohio Fellows application.
The Ohio Fellows program is a joint effort of University College and University Libraries.
