Subject: COB VISTS TO FALL 2014 LEARNING COMMUNITIES

Greg;

I hope all is well on your side of Court Street. :)

I would appreciate it if you would forward this e-mail to any interested UNC Learning Community faculty.
The CoB would very much like to visit any  learning community who would value a presentation on business majors, minors, certificates transfer requirements, etc. In order to allow interested students to have this information in time for spring preregistration, and to take advantage of advisor availability, it would be best if these presentations occurred by October 19.

The presentations will include the following topics:


-          Business majors, minors, and certificates

-          Student organizations, Internships, International Experiences

-          BBA and BSM curriculum

-          Transfer Requirements and the Application Process

-          Invitation to “CoB Majors Conference” on November 2

-          Q&A

We will need approximately thirty minutes for our presentation.

Any LC instructor wishing to have an advisor from the CoB Office of Career Management and Academic Services make a presentation to their class can call Angie Reinhart at (740) 593-2005. The person calling will be asked to provide the following information:


-          Course Number (UNC 1900, 1000, etc);

-          Instructor name;

-          Name of Person arranging presentation;

-          Presentation time;

-          Number of students in class;

-          Class location;
